Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure a quick and tracked transit back to our facility.
Package Your Belt
Place the belt in its original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
